This SSI Navigation Course imparts the necessary knowledge and skills for safe and comfortable navigation during a dive, and information about basic navigation patterns.

• You will learn how to use a compass and natural navigation techniques, estimate distance, how to leave and return to a designated point, plus basic navigation patterns.
• You will also be taught how to combine navigation techniques to enhance your diving experience.
• During the 2 open water dives of the course, you will learn to navigate correctly, safely, and reliably and to become even more safe under water.
